Our Service
- Keeping your website online and working properly
- Updating text, images, or basic information you provide
- Making small improvements to keep the site current and trustworthy
Not Included
- Excessive changes or custom software
- Writing original legal, medical, or financial content
- Managing third-party services
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information about your business
- Review and approve updates in a reasonable amount of time
- Confirm that you have permission to use any content you give us
Payment/Cancellation
- Services are billed monthly through Stripe
- If a payment is missed, services may be paused until payment is received
- You can cancel at any time with written notice
- Service will continue through the end of the paid billing period
Ownership
- You own all your business content (domain name, text, photos, logos)
- Yellowstone Pages owns our software and tools
Accuracy & Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information
- Yellowstone Pages is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or outdated information
- We don’t guarantee specific business results — only thoughtful, ongoing care
Liability
We’ll treat your website with care. Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past month of service.
Changes to This Agreement
If we ever update this agreement, we’ll let you know ahead of time. Continuing service means you accept the updated terms.
